TokiBy creating an account on Toki you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use Toki
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not have been banned from Toki before.
- One account per person. Your profile must be about you and use photos of you.
Be respectful
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
- post nudity, sexual content, violence or hate speech;
- impersonate anyone or create fake profiles;
- ask for money, promote businesses, or send spam or scams;
- scrape, copy or misuse other members' information.
Use Report on any profile that breaks these rules. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that do, without notice.
Meeting in person
We do not run background checks. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met. You are responsible for your interactions with other members.
Premium
Premium plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in the app in Indian rupees, including taxes. Payments are processed by Google Play under its terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Premium features may change; we will not reduce what you already paid for during your current period.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it to other members to run the service. You can delete it at any time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on our account deletion page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of members on or off the app, or for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
